PRICE FOR SINGLE UNIT
The 15SW2000-4 pro audio subwoofer features a special 4″ split copper wire voice coil wound on a fiberglass former using proprietary high temperature adhesives. It features an optimized ceramic ferrite magnet assembly that will guarantee very good Low dynamic range with a very low distortion figure. This professional low frequency driver is especially recommended for compact vented enclosures, in which it will deliver solid, deep bass output.
- 4″ split copper voice coil wound on fiberglass former for hi-temp performance, 4 ohms
- Ventilated voice coil gap reduces power compression
- 12.5 mm Xmax, 36 mm peak-to-peak excursion before damage
- 1000 watts continuous program power rating makes high acoustical output
- High BL factor and Xmax for outstanding Low output
- Weather-resistant paper cone and dust cap
The 15SW2000-4 loudspeaker has a specially designed forced air ventilation system to ensure proper cooling for long hard play. Our specially designed rigid cast aluminum frame features side forced cooling system openings which allows airflow to cool the voice coil to handle up to 1000 watts RMS without issue. Spring-loaded push terminals make installation a snap while offering a secure connection to your speaker wires.
The cone, constructed of thick paper for a natural response, includes glass fiber reinforcement and uses a ribbed design offering additional structural support. The woven surround offer precise movement along its impressive 12.5 mm XMAX. The upgraded and advanced voice coil and cone material along with its ability to reproduce extremely low frequencies will ensure this is your subwoofer of choice to replace your existing drivers.
Supporting the cone is a double silicone spider with optimized compliance and triple roll treated cloth surround, both designed for high excursion applications to handle short bursts of excessive power without damage.
To stand up to the use and abuse of the professional sound environment we designed a 4″ spit copper voice coil that is wound inside-outside on a fiberglass former and features a generous 31 mm winding length for extended Xmax and less distortion.

These 15sw2000-4 are very strong and take a lot of power. I have PRV SQ6000 2 ohm on these and it takes it no problem. This is a 4 way setup with midrange speaker, ph driver and ti driver. Very strong low end.
I have these subs in my Hyundai for bass and they hit very hard with only PRV 3000w amplifier. great speaker, I recommend
Ordered 2 of these monsters to be installed in an 8 cubic foot ported box tuned to 40 cycles. I use this instead of typical EV, RCF, of JBL 18" subs, which are over 3-5× the cost of my hand-made unit. I have to use a bridged Crown XLS2502 to power Each of these PRV drivers to their full potential. That's a complement because it doesn't take much power to start feeling the bass hit your chest. I did a gig for 170 people that wanted bass-heavy music. The dance floor strongly vibrated with every kick from my sub. I didn't even push it hard and was afraid of doing structural damage to the venue. It responds excellently to sub-bass and mid-bass. Similar drivers from other brands are much more expensive. I'm a huge fan of PRV Audio!!! Thank you!!!
