Job Opening: Product Support Specialist
We are hiring!
We are looking for an experienced Product Support Specialist to help our end users, product and marketing personnel. You will collaborate closely with product and marketing management to provide direct customer service and to assist with any marketing assets. This position requires the ability to quickly gain product knowledge and translate it effectively and clearly.
Applicants must have strong oral communication skills and 3+ years knowledge in the field of pro audio and/or car audio. Additional knowledge of the following software is preferred: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, WordPress, Photoshop.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 3+ years experience in the pro audio/car audio industry
- Good technical understanding around pro audio with a good commercial awareness around customers and channels
- Professional Loudspeaker market sector knowledge and experience
- Good technical understanding in audio
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A design background is preferred
- Fluent English and Spanish
