PRV Audio’s ALTO Series were carefully crafted and voiced to reproduce a natural, smooth sound while remaining dynamic. To get the superior fidelity, a special composite cone is used to smooth frequency response and to keep the moving mass low, increasing the efficiency. Meet the new improved version from 10W650A
- New basket design implemented, reducing its size from 4.33″ to 3.90″ of mounting depth
- Improvement on output throughout + 1dB on the low frequency frequency response
- Gain on the vocal response from 350 Hz to 4000 Hz
- Increased on voice coil winding has improved power handle and raised its Xmax to 5.72 mm
The purpose to built this midrange was to increase vocal response where the 10W650A lack output without losing any midbass.
All new features on the 10MR650A make it capable of high output and low distortion, this mid range is perfect for filling in the important midrange response in any high output sound system. Great Addition to the ALTO Series!
- 2.5″ layer CCAW voice coil wound on a glass fiber former, 8 Ohm
- Vented pole piece dissipates excess heat to minimize power compression
- 650 Watts Program RMS power makes high acoustical output
- 80 to 6,500 Hz frequency response makes this great midrange with low midbass response
- Covers the majority of the vocal range allow easy system integration with a tweeter

This Midrange works great as a door speaker in car audio applications or as low frequency driver for a two-way satellite speaker concept.

10MR650A – High Pass Filter HPF 120 Hz at BT18 Filter to Low Pass Filter LPF 2200 Hz at BT12, following the compression driver from 1000Hz all way to 17,000Hz

Fast shipping
Strong mid range dose not take yup a lot of space
So I have them connected to a 700 watt amp which Ik is not enough for 2 10s alto series which amp would u recommend just for the two mid range speakers
